What is Hostinger Email Hosting?

Hostinger email hosting allows you to create professional email addresses using your own domain — like hello@yourbusiness.com instead of a generic Gmail or Yahoo address. Email hosting is included free with all Hostinger web hosting plans and is managed through hPanel.

How to Create an Email Account in Hostinger

1. Login to hpanel.hostinger.com
2. Click Emails in the left sidebar
3. Click Create Email Account
4. Enter your desired email address (e.g. hello@yourdomain.com)
5. Set a strong password
6. Set storage limit or leave unlimited
7. Click Create — your email is ready immediately

Common Business Email Addresses to Create

• hello@yourdomain.com — general inquiries
• support@yourdomain.com — customer support
• info@yourdomain.com — general information
• billing@yourdomain.com — payment and invoice queries
• yourname@yourdomain.com — personal professional email

Access Hostinger Webmail

Method 1 — via hPanel: Login → Emails → Click Webmail next to your email account. Opens in browser immediately.

Method 2 — Direct URL: Go to webmail.yourdomain.com in any browser. Enter your full email address and password.

Connect to Gmail (Send and Receive)

1. Open Gmail → Settings (gear icon) → See all settings
2. Accounts and Import → Add a mail account
3. Enter your Hostinger email address
4. POP3 settings: mail.yourdomain.com, Port 995, SSL on
5. SMTP: mail.yourdomain.com, Port 465, SSL on
6. Enter username (full email) and password → Save

Connect to Outlook

1. Outlook → File → Add Account → Enter email → Manual setup
2. Choose IMAP: mail.yourdomain.com, Port 993, SSL
3. SMTP: mail.yourdomain.com, Port 465, SSL
4. Enter password → Connect
