What is Hostinger Webmail?

Hostinger Webmail is a browser-based email client that lets you send and receive emails using your own domain โ€“ like you@yourbusiness.com. Instead of using a generic Gmail or Yahoo address, professional domain email instantly builds trust with your clients and partners.

All Hostinger hosting plans include professional email hosting. You can create email accounts in hPanel and access them via Hostinger's webmail interface or sync them with any email client including Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, and mobile apps.

Common Hostinger Webmail Issues & Fixes

Cannot Login to Webmail

Make sure you are using your full email address (not just the username) and the correct password. The password for webmail is the one you set when creating the email account in hPanel โ€“ not your Hostinger account password.

Emails Not Sending

Check your SMTP settings. Port 465 with SSL should work. Some networks block port 25 โ€“ switching to port 587 with TLS is an alternative.

Storage Full

Login to hPanel โ†’ Emails โ†’ click the email account โ†’ increase storage limit or delete old emails via webmail.
